I've looked everywhere and found nothing or rather no one has accepted me. Thought I'd give this a shot.

I'm just looking for affordable housing in the Hemet area. Prefer 2 bedrooms as I have a son but can make 1 bedroom work. Problem is I have bad credit, a house in Tx in my name that my sister lives in that she has paid late now for over 10 yrs and not much of a deposit.

If I am accepted I could probably get help from the self sufficiency division with the first and last month rent or first rent and deposit. I do have a full time job. As a matter of fact I work at the self sufficiency divison (food stamp office) but just make 17.97ph. So my monthly range to pay would be 1200 to 1400 since I'd still have to pay for utilities. Any one willing to take a chance would be helpful.
