The recent decision by The University of Texas System Board of Regents to increase funding for the Promise Plus scholarship program allows The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) to establish a new baseline of $100,000 for its signature Blaze Forward program—any student whose family has an adjusted gross income of that amount or less and meets other eligibility requirements will not be charged tuition or mandatory fees.

“We are thrilled to create the opportunity to help even more students achieve their dreams of a college degree,” said UTA President Jennifer Cowley.
