In addition with all that land, would like to expand on what could be created. Have lots of dreams, would be nice to have a place to get things done. Grow food, raise animals, 40 acres and a mule for sure. One of the donkeys from Moreno Valley, right?
Rent out the house to a veteran with housing voucher, and let him pay for the house. That's the plan. Once I get that place can get the ball rolling.
Also interested in 2 places in Palm Springs, 6 beds in each, a business to buy, need to buy and put in trust, and then an LLC. Goals to get to.
